Cercam, as a pan-European supplier of preservatives and agricultural additives, has to act within the European legislative opportunities and restrictions.
Most of our material protection products and raw materials are regarded as preservatives which are regulated by the BPR (Biocide Product Regulation; EU 528/2012) under supervision of the ECHA.
Our basic substances are regarded as crop protection products which are regulated by the Efsa as part of the Plant Protection Regulation (EU 1107/2009); our biostimulants belong to the new European Fertilizer Regulation (2022).
